王林，1983年出生。 2010年于获得北京肿瘤外科学博士学位，担任 北京肿瘤医院 结直肠肿瘤外科 主治医师至今；熟练掌握常见胃肠道肿瘤的外科治疗，尤其是在直肠癌新辅助放化疗、保肛手术、非手术治疗等领域中，有较丰富的经验并进行了一些探索，治疗的成果多次在结直肠外科年会进行大会发言报告。 2013年8月至2014年9月，作为所在科室位赴美访问学习的医生，在结直肠癌诊疗权威机构、全美综合排名的肿瘤中心：纽约市 Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center 担任临床研究员。 门诊时间：周四下午 协助顾晋教授在国内倡导了 “术前放化疗+手术治疗直肠癌” 的综合治疗模式。对于直肠癌术前放疗方案和手术方式的选择，有丰富的理论基础和实践经验。 外科手术方面熟练掌握结直肠癌常见手术。 临床科研方面：对于长疗程调强放疗/放化疗有系统而深入的研究，发表中英文论文多篇。 基础研究方面：对直肠癌规范化病理学研究方面，积累了较丰富的经验。 在研项目： 直肠癌新辅助治疗的临床和转化研究 学术会议发言： 作者：Wang L, Gu J.
